Our Leetsteel Stiffener System is supported by a Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP) certificate with a “VERY GOOD, 2 TICK” rating and an independently verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), helping project teams meet green building and ESG objectives. While more buildings are built faster nowadays, Leetsteel ensures all the steelworks conform to local standards and leverages prefabrication to reduce material waste, site work and rework, adding both productivity and sustainability into our building practice.
Leetsteel stiffeners system is prefabricated and pre-finished in the factory and customized in accordance with site requirement. Ease of fastening with bolts & nuts which saves time for builders.
Leetsteel stiffeners system is compliant with the Singapore Standards requirement, achieving Certificate of Conformity (COC) for its fire resistance up to 4 hours fire rating.
Leetsteel stiffeners system is recyclable when buildings are demolished and reusable for alteration of masonry walls as system can be demounted and reused easily.
